Our Story
Every great company begins with a shared vision.
Nearly 25 years ago, Peter Constantinos and his wife, Katy, founded a lawn and landscape company with one clear focus: preserving the beauty and integrity of every property they serviced. In 2013, they joined forces with Chris Fay, an experienced pest control professional and owner-operator of multiple pest control companies over the previous decade.
What they discovered was a shared philosophy — a commitment to quality, consistency, and creating a true one-stop solution for property care across Southwest Florida.
That collaboration became Frontline Property Services, LLC — a company built to deliver comprehensive property solutions while maintaining the highest standards of appearance, health, and long-term value.
